Randi is our Integrative Health Coach. She has been certified as a Holistic Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is a certified yoga teacher. Randi also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Johnson & Wales University.
Randi’s journey began when she was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (“PCOS”) in her twenties. Her periods had vanished, she had enlarged ovaries, was tired all the time, gained weight, had painful cysts on her ovaries and breasts.
By embracing and personally practicing what she was learning in her studies to become a holistic health coach, Randi drastically changed her diet and lifestyle, and within six (6) months her PCOS symptoms went into remission. Her menses cycle returned to normal, the pain subsided and her mood stabilized. To her great surprise, Randi’s physician confirmed that her ovarian cysts had disappeared and her ovaries had returned to normal size.
Randi is self-motivated, confident, and a nurturing coach with a proven track record of helping clients mitigate their symptoms through effective nutritional practices. She has over fifteen (15) years of experience in providing nutritional guidance to patients with PCOS, diabetes, infertility, hormone imbalances, irritable bowel syndrome and weight loss issues. Randi has the innate ability to distill complex nutritional data into accessible information that her clients can understand.
She has given talks on various nutritional topics at the United Nations, Asphalt Green, and at the Montefiore Institute.
See Beyond™ Medicine is proud to have Randi as our Integrative Health Coach. Come see for yourself how caring and understanding she is about your health goals. We all look forward to meeting you.

“My main goal is to treat patients in the most natural way, using real food, lifestyle modifications, supplements, and nutritional IV Therapy that give their body the nutrients it needs to heal itself. I focus on balancing patients’ bodies to lower inflammation, let go of excess fat, water, and toxins they may be holding onto, and provide them with anything they need for optimal health.
It is so rewarding to watch the amazing transformations in my patients. Most importantly, my patients are left with an education for a lifetime and feel empowered to maintain their new health because they understand what their bodies’ needs are and why.”

Macaulay is an integrative medicine Physician Assistant with over 10 years of medical experience. After graduating from Yale’s PA program- Macaulay spent the next decade working in Philadelphia, New York and Connecticut in Emergency Medicine and in the acute care setting at Urgent Cares throughout Westchester and Fairfield counties. She additionally spent time working in private practice within Gastroenterology and Surgical specialities.
In an effort to optimize her own health, Macaulay became interested in holistic approaches to healthcare that she felt were lacking in mainstream medicine and began to integrate functional medicine into her own health and wellness about 8 years ago. She went on to participate in a Functional Medicine mentorship at a private practice in Westchester County, NY, and transitioned her career to become an Integrative Medicine Practitioner. Macaulay continues to further her knowledge and education while studying at the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM).
Macaulay’s love of both allopathic and integrative medicine - combining years of acute care experience with the core tenets of integrative medicine - is what drew her to SeeBeyond. She is excited to help patients navigate their own wellness journey by listening to their story, addressing the issues at hand and helping dig deep into the root cause of their symptoms.
Macaulay has specialized in acute and emergency medicine and functional medicine. She is particularly passionate about women’s health, sports medicine and gastroenterology (GI).
When not seeing patients - you can find Macaulay trying to keep up with her children, playing tennis, training for half marathons or in the Catskill mountains.
